Charity Christine Salons is dedicated to providing a professional and relaxing atmosphere. The following policies are to further improve your experience and services.

Reservations Policy:

Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes early to any service that you're receiving.

Services will begin on time courtesy to the next guest. 

As a courtesy, we will do our best to confirm all appointments, you're more than welcome to telephone to confirm exact time, service, and ask any questions you may have.

Tardiness policy:

We are very aware that being late sometimes is unavoidable, however, depending on circumstances we may be forced to reschedule your services 

15 minutes late automatic cancellation.

We ask that you keep open communication with your stylist about your tardiness 

cancellation policy:

Charity Christine Salons requires a 24 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. If less that the required notice is given, we reserve the right to add a cancellation fee on to your next service. 

If for any reason Charity Christine Salons needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much notice as possible will be given.

Prices Policy:

We are constantly adding new and updated services to our service menu to bring you the latest trends, we are punctual about keeping our website updated, please know that prices and services are subjected to change at any time.


Charity Christine Salons accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, bank debit cards, and cash. We DO NOT accept personal checks.

Refund Policy:

ALL hair services are NON REFUNDABLE (final sale).  If a client is unpleased within 14 days of the service performed, the same stylist will work to redo or remedy a particular service.  Hair styling is a form of artistic impression. We at Charity Christine Salons celebrate the creativity and individuality of our service providers, They are committed to their art as well as serving you. If you are dissatisfied with one of our service providers, Our team encourages you to try a service with another team member. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. Gift certificates or gift cards can not be redeemed for cash and all sales are final.

All sales are final on make- up services 

Retail items can only be EXCHANGED is unused, in its original packaging, and presented  with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. All exchanges are subjected to system verification. 


Special conditions policy :

We ask that you notify the salon before reserving your hair services, if you have any medical issues that could interfere with your service.

Confidentiality and privacy policy:

Each client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversation you have with your stylist will remain confidential, as well as any information you disclosed on your client information sheet.

Client list and email list are confidential. We do not share our client lists with any outside companies.


Gratuity POLICY

•Prices do not include gratuities.

•18% gratuity will be assessed for group packages, bridal parties


Other tips for your visit:

Please do not bring valuables with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please respect the surrounding clientele within the salon, we ask that you refrain from speaking loudly and or negatively within the salon 

We ask that you do not park in front of side garage door, utilize front parking.

Small children are not permitted.

Please do not bring guest who are not receiving a service.
