This policy is for charity Christine policies may vary for different stylist please check with the stylist you are booking
ALL hair services are NON REFUNDABLE (final sale). If a client is unpleased within 14 days of the
service performed, the same stylist will work to redo or remedy a particular service. Hairstyling is a form of artistic impression. We at Charity Christine Salons celebrate the creativity and individuality of our service providers, They are committed to their art as well as serving you. If you are dissatisfied with one of our service providers, Our team encourages you to try a service with another team member. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. Gift certificates or gift cards can not be redeemed for cash and all sales are final.
All sales are final on the make- up services
Retail items can only be EXCHANGED is unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. All exchanges are subjected to system verification.

Each client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversation you have with your stylist will remain confidential, as well as any information you disclosed on your client information sheet.
The client list and email list are confidential. We do not share our client lists with any outside companies.

Charity Christine Salons requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to add a cancellation fee on to your next service.
If for any reason Charity Christine Salons needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much notice as possible will be given.
We ask that you notify the salon before reserving your hair services if you have any medical issues that could interfere with your service
